Film and Stage was founded in Cologne, Germany, by Marcel Fechenbach(www.f-s.tv), After many years in the spotlight as an actor, Marcel discovered a major need in the film industry, the need to obtain a fair deal when promoting and marketing actors.

In January 2019 after the rise of new opportunities and changes in the industry, we decided to expand our borders creating an expansion of our agency in Madrid, Spain, directed by Stephanie Fechenbach. (www.f-s.es) We believe in nurturing new talent and pay special attention to finding unique and talented profiles, avoiding any type of competition in house as we feel there’s plenty of competition and demand in the industry itself.

Our mission as agents is to walk side by side with our actors along their professional paths, market them and deliver their talent to casting directors and producers worldwide for film, stage and commercials. We stand out with our efficiency and speed in which we access casting calls as well as in the quality of our actor’s profiles

Our agency’s values are believing and fighting for fair deals, gender equality and justice on both salaries and roles. One of our most valuable assets is our legal department, Blanco & Fechenbach Lawyers, offering our actors both legal advice and support.

I’ve always been an ambitious, driven and stubborn person. I’ve always known where I’m at and where I want to be.

My knowledge and experience as an actor allowed me to realise that the industry had to change, and I wanted to be part of that change. It was then when I created Film & Stage. I wanted to deliver fair and legitimate deals for actors as well as making sure my actors are treated professionally and with respect when on set. I knew I could help them by providing the contacts and help necessary to achieve their goals. I truly wanted to change the industry from inside, that’s why I joined the directing committee of the German Actors Union.

Film & Stage es un proyecto que nació en Colonia, Alemania, en el año 2012, a manos de Marcel Fechenbach, quien tras haber estado muchos años ante la cámara, se dio cuenta de que existía y existe una necesidad importante en el sector, en la promoción de actores y actrices, que no es otra que ofrecerles un trato justo.

En enero de 2019, viendo los cambios y las nuevas oportunidades que nos brindaba la industria, decidimos ampliar nuestras fronteras y crecer en Madrid, abriendo nuestra segunda sede allí, dirigida por Stephanie Fechenbach.

Nos encanta apostar por el nuevo talento y ponemos especial cuidado en buscar perfiles únicos, para así evitar cualquier tipo de competencia interna, ya que, desde nuestro punto de vista, la propia industria ya es suficientemente competitiva y exigente.

Nuestra misión es acompañar a nuestros actores y hacer llegar su talento a los directores de casting y productores, ya sean de ficción o publicidad, facilitándoles su trabajo en la medida de lo posible. Por ello, entre nuestras particularidades están la rapidez con la que contestamos a las ofertas y la gran calidad ilustrativa del material de nuestros actores y actrices.

Nuestros pilares básicos como filosofía empresa, se basan en creer y luchar por un trato justo en la industria y en apostar por la igualdad, tanto a nivel salarial como de reparto de papeles, entre mujeres y hombres.

Además, en Film & Stage contamos con algo muy importante en esta industria, nuestro departamento Legal Blanco & Fechenbach Abogados, quienes siempre están ahí para apoyarnos y asesorarnos jurídicamente.

Siempre he sido una persona ambiciosa, luchadora y cabezona, teniendo claro dónde estoy y a dónde quiero llegar.

Mi amplia experiencia como actor me permitió ver, que la industria necesitaba cambiar, y yo quería ser participe de ese cambio. Fue entonces cuando decidí abrir Film & Stage, queriendo dar el mejor trato y el respeto a los actores que se merecen, brindándoles la ayuda y los contactos necesarios para conseguir sus metas.

No conformándome con eso me metí en la parte política de la Unión de Actores de Alemania.
